Aulive is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity, produced from a blend of Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola cultivars. The oil is distinguished by herbaceous notes and olive leaf aromatics, with ripe notes and ripe olive character that round out the profile.
