Serracapriola, Italy — Agrideavallillo SRL has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Vallillo Serracapriola Provenzales brand.
Vallillo Serracapriola Provenzales is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity produced from Peranzana olives. Marked by a fresh, unripe fruitiness, the oil is distinguished by green almond and walnut notes, a radish-like bite and a peppery finish.
Agrideavallillo SRL traces its work in the Serracapriola countryside across three generations, focusing on careful selection and quality rather than volume. Alongside extra virgin olive oil, Agrideavallillo SRL produces durum wheat semolina pasta made from raw material sourced entirely from the Serracapriola area, known locally for olive growing and grain production.
Agrideavallillo SRL also emphasizes the absence of residues of substances or chemical additives harmful to health, supported by multi-residual analysis tests.
The NYIOOC Gold places Vallillo Serracapriola Provenzales among the world’s elite extra virgin olive oils. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Agrideavallillo SRL is ranked #82 in Italy, #126 in the Northern Hemisphere and #130 Worldwide.
The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world’s leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
