Calistoga, United States — Calistoga Press has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Calistoga Press Manzanillo Blend brand.

Calistoga Press Manzanillo Blend is an extra virgin olive oil of delicate intensity. Harvested by hand when many olives are still green and milled within a day, Calistoga Press Manzanillo Blend reflects a production approach focused on freshness and careful handling from grove to mill.

Calistoga Press is family-owned and located in the heart of the Napa Valley, where a small grove of 140 olive trees grows in the Calistoga area. Calistoga Press attributes its fruit quality to the local climate, marked by hot, sunny days and cool nights that shape the growing season.

For the past decade, Calistoga Press has produced just under 100 gallons of certified extra virgin olive oil each year. The 2026 Silver continues Calistoga Press’s NYIOOC record, bringing its overall tally to two Silver awards, including a Silver in 2025.

The 2026 result also strengthens Calistoga Press’s position in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, where Calistoga Press is ranked #40 in the United States, #96 in the Northern Hemisphere and #100 Worldwide.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world's leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
