Paso Robles, United States — Council Oak Farm LLC has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Council Oak Farm Blend brand.

Council Oak Farm Blend is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Distinguished by notes of arugula alongside ripe banana and fresh herbs, Council Oak Farm Blend delivers a balanced expression shaped by careful harvesting and milling practices designed to protect aromatic clarity and freshness.

Council Oak Farm LLC is a small olive oil producer situated east of Paso Robles, California, a region known for high-quality olive groves. In 2005, the family planted Lucca, Picholine and Mission olives, expanding the grove in 2009 with Pendolino and Frantoio. The farm spans 16 hectares of sunny rolling hills dotted with oak trees, including a prominent tree on the highest hill known as Council Oak.
