Puglia, Italy — Domus Pacis has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for Domus Pacis Coratina.
Domus Pacis Coratina is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Produced exclusively from Coratina olives, the oil is distinguished by an artichoke-driven green fruitiness, layered with fresh herbs and arugula, while green almond and pink pepper notes carry into a clean, lively finish.
Domus Pacis—named “House of Peace”—produces two 100-percent Italian extra virgin olive oils in Puglia, the heel of Italy’s boot. Domus Pacis focuses on single-variety expressions, offering Coratina alongside Ogliarola Garganica to highlight the distinct character of each cultivar grown and milled in the region. More information is available from Domus Pacis.
The 2026 NYIOOC Gold builds on Domus Pacis’ established record at the competition. Domus Pacis has earned four Gold Awards overall, following Golds in 2025, 2024 and 2023.
The award further strengthens Domus Pacis’ standing in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, where Domus Pacis is ranked #28 in the United States, #77 in the Northern Hemisphere and #80 Worldwide.
