Donika Premium Organic is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Marked by herbaceous notes, green almond and artichoke, Donika Premium Organic develops into black pepper on the finish, reflecting careful fruit selection and processing designed to preserve freshness and balance.
Donika Olive Oil produces Donika Premium Organic in Vlorë, a coastal region along the Adriatic and Ionian Sea known for fertile soils and an olive-friendly climate with more than 300 days of sun per year. Donika Premium Organic is cold-pressed from Kalinjot olives sourced from naturally occurring 15th-century trees grown on the rolling hills of Skrofotina, Cerkovina and Travllazer.
