Radišići, Bosnia and Herzegovina — Filsonići Radišići has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Filsonići Radišići Blend brand.

Filsonići Radišići Blend is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. The award-winning expression is distinguished by artichoke and arugula tones layered with leafy, herb-driven aromatics, delivering a fresh profile that stays clean and vibrant on the palate.

Filsonići Radišići is the product of Marijo Primorac in Radišići, Herzegovina. Primorac planted his first trees about 10 years ago and added 1,200 more in 2018 on the village’s sunny, rocky hills. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed quickly, an approach that helps preserve freshness while capturing the character of the surrounding landscape, shaped by sun, stone and native herbs.

Primorac tends every tree personally, blending tradition with careful modern practices. The Gold award at the NYIOOC recognizes that work on an international stage, placing Filsonići Radišići Blend among the competition’s most highly rated extra virgin olive oils.

In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Filsonići Radišići is ranked #9 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, #126 in the Northern Hemisphere and #130 Worldwide.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world’s leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
