Produced from Tonda Iblea olives, Frantoi Cutrera Primo DOP Monti Iblei is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. The oil is distinguished by artichoke and arugula notes alongside the fresh, green lift of tomato leaf, a profile that reflects careful handling of fruit and a focus on preserving aroma and balance.
