San Martin, United States — Frantoio Grove has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Frantoio Grove brand.
Frantoio Grove is an extra virgin olive oil of robust intensity, produced as a monocultivar Frantoio. Crafted from olives grown across 12 hectares in San Martin, California, Frantoio Grove is made with a focus on controlling each stage of production, from orchard to bottle.
Frantoio Grove mills its olives in a Pieralisi mill, a choice that reflects the producer’s emphasis on managing processing conditions closely. After extraction, Frantoio Grove is stored in oxygen-free, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and bottled in small batches, a method intended to protect freshness through storage and ensure consistency across releases.
The 2026 Gold continues a steady record of recognition for Frantoio Grove at the NYIOOC. With seven Gold Awards and no Silvers overall, Frantoio Grove has earned Golds in 2024, 2022, 2020, 2018, 2017 and 2015, adding the 2026 Gold to a multi-year track record of results at the competition.
In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Frantoio Grove is ranked #41 in the United States, #99 in the Northern Hemisphere and #101 Worldwide.
