Athens, Greece — Gaea Products SMSA has been awarded two Silver Awards at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, recognized for the Gaea Planet and Gaea Fresh brands.
Gaea Products SMSA received a Silver for Gaea Planet, a delicate-intensity extra virgin olive oil produced from Athinolia olives. The profile leans toward a light, refined expression, emphasizing balance and clarity over assertiveness, in keeping with the naturally gentle character associated with delicate oils.
The producer also earned a Silver for Gaea Fresh, a medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil made from the Olympia cultivar. With more structure than a delicate style, Gaea Fresh was recognized in the competition’s medium category, underscoring Gaea’s ability to present distinct expressions across cultivars and intensity levels.
