Assisi, Italy — Gnavolini Raccolta Sapore has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Sine Die brand.
Sine Die is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity, crafted from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Leccio del Corno olives. The blend is distinguished by fresh herbal notes alongside green almond and arugula, finishing with a measured black pepper pungency that reflects careful fruit handling and precise milling.
