Dalmatia, Croatia — Golubice has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for Golubice Oblica.

Made exclusively from the Oblica cultivar, Golubice Oblica is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Marked by an unripe character, the oil reflects the fresh, early-season profile associated with carefully managed harvest timing and attentive milling decisions.
