Kavaklıdere, Turkey — Hera Oraganik Tarim Gida has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Hyllarima brand.

Hyllarima is an extra virgin olive oil of delicate intensity, produced from Domat olives. The profile is marked by ripe olive character, rounded ripe notes and the gentle sweetness of ripe apple, resulting in a soft, approachable finish that reflects careful handling of fruit and a restrained, balanced style.

Founded in 2012, Hera Oraganik Tarim Gida began by transforming agricultural lands into olive groves in the Kavaklıdere-Muğla region for future agriculture. While establishing the olive groves, Hera Oraganik Tarim Gida combined cultivation with technology and followed organic practices, an approach the producer also shares through Hyllarima’s website.

The 2026 Silver places Hyllarima among the world’s recognized extra virgin olive oils. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Hera Oraganik Tarim Gida ranks #36 in Turkey, #128 in the Northern Hemisphere and #130 Worldwide.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world's leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
