Visan is a medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil produced from Leccino, Buza, Bjelica and Pendolino olives. The blend is distinguished by a fresh green character, where green almond and leaf notes lead into arugula and lettuce nuances, followed by a peppery lift on the finish.
Kalavojna d.o.o, founded in 2000 in Radeki Polje in southern Istria, produces wine and extra virgin olive oil rooted in the region’s terra rossa.
