Venafro, Italy — Licinius has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Licinius Aurum brand.

Licinius Aurum is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity produced from Frantoio olives. Licinius Aurum is distinguished by fresh aromatics that recall arugula and tomato leaf, delivered with a clean, balanced profile.

Licinius is produced by the Di Muccio family at the Di Muccio farm, a small olive farm in the municipality of Venafro (IS) within the well-known Parco dell' Olivo di Venafro. Licinius extra virgin olive oil has been produced by the Di Muccio family since 1948 and is obtained solely from olives grown on the family’s own farm.
