Oïkos Antalis wins Silver at 2026 NYIOOC for Cuvée Agios Ilias

Athens, Greece — Oïkos Antalis has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for Oïkos Antalis Cuvée Agios Ilias.

Oïkos Antalis Cuvée Agios Ilias is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity produced from Koroneiki olives. The oil is distinguished by a clean herbal character alongside notes of black olive, creating a savory profile that carries through to the finish.

Oïkos Antalis traces its modern origins to a personal effort to reconnect with family roots in Greece. In 1992, Stylianos moved to France and started a family, remaining tied to Greece through culture and cuisine even as his career kept him abroad. In 2019, that connection deepened when his wife Sophie encouraged him to return more often, leading to frequent trips. In 2020, his children gifted him an olive tree that brought back childhood memories, and in December of that year, a call from his uncle about an ancestral olive grove for sale prompted Stylianos to reclaim the family heritage.

The 2026 Silver adds to Oïkos Antalis’ NYIOOC record of two Silver awards overall. After earning a Silver in 2025, the producer returned to the competition and again placed among the year’s award-winning extra virgin olive oils.
