Pakoštana, Croatia — OPG Ante Vulin has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Antino brand.
Antino is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Produced from Oblica olives grown in Pakoštana, the oil is distinguished by a green, savory fruitiness with artichoke and green almond aromatics, layered with pink pepper and a lingering bitter almond finish.
OPG Ante Vulin owns and cultivates 550 olive trees in several locations in Pakoštana together with family members, a structure that ties grove work and harvest decisions closely to the rhythms of the local growing season.
The 2026 Gold adds to OPG Ante Vulin’s strong performance at the NYIOOC. Across five total entries in the competition, OPG Ante Vulin has earned five Gold Awards, including annual Gold recognition in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
The NYIOOC Gold places Antino among the world’s elite extra virgin olive oils. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, OPG Ante Vulin is #19 in Croatia, #72 in the Northern Hemisphere and #76 Worldwide.
