Trebocconi is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity, produced from Oblica olives. Trebocconi is distinguished by a fresh grassy note that underscores its clean, green character.
OPG Šime Stipaničev produces extra virgin olive oil in Dalmatia, where the focus is on crafting high-quality oils representative of the region. The 2026 Silver adds to OPG Šime Stipaničev’s NYIOOC record of four awards overall, comprised of one Gold and three Silvers, with previous recognition in 2025, 2024 and 2022.
