Dubrovnik, Croatia — OPG Kristovic has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the OPG Kristovic Oblica brand.

OPG Kristovic Oblica is a medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil produced from Oblica olives. The oil is distinguished by floral aromatics alongside ripe notes, with hints of vanilla and berry and a gentle thread of spice that carries through the finish.

Founded in Dubrovnik, OPG Kristovic traces its work to a family tradition that began with the owners’ great-great-grandfather. The family continues to maintain its groves and harvest by hand, picking olives one by one, and has built the business around dedication to olives and olive oil and an effort to honor the work of earlier generations.

The NYIOOC Silver places OPG Kristovic Oblica among the world’s recognized extra virgin olive oils. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, OPG Kristovic is ranked #55 in Croatia, #125 in the Northern Hemisphere and #128 Worldwide.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world’s leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
