Oliva is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity produced from Oblica olives. The oil is distinguished by a green-fruity character, with artichoke and olive leaf aromas layered with radish and a measured peppery lift. OPG Nikša Trebotić is a small family farm with 1,500 olive trees.
