Golestan, Iran — Orum Araz Nikdaneh has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Razbon brand.

Razbon is an extra virgin olive oil of delicate intensity. Marked by floral aromatics, the oil develops soft notes of vanilla and pear, delivering a gentle profile suited to fresh preparations and light finishing applications.

Olive cultivation in Golestan province dates back 2,000 years, but the starting point for Razbon was the launch of the Tooba olive orchard development plan in 1999. The absence of a production unit capable of competing with globally renowned olive oil brands, from harvest to market, and exporting Golestan’s olive oil through innovation and commitment to quality, was always felt. This motivated the establishment of the Razbon brand in 2021.

The NYIOOC Gold places Razbon among the world’s elite extra virgin olive oils. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Orum Araz Nikdaneh is ranked #1 in Iran, #123 in the Northern Hemisphere and #126 Worldwide.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world’s leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
