Southern Croatia, Croatia — Pasika has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Ulje Dida Mog brand.
"We're happy and excited that our latest harvest is recognised by the NYIOOC! It's a testament to our work, dedication and love for ancestral practices and high-quality local products. Moreover, it's a motivation to keep going and showcase our olive oil, family brand and community on the global stage. Congratulations to the other winners from Croatia and other corners of the world!," said Miroslav Ivic, Founder at Pasika .
Pasika produced Ulje Dida Mog as a robust-intensity extra virgin olive oil from Oblica and Krvavica, indigenous Croatian cultivars. The oil is distinguished by fresh herbal tones layered with fig leaf, green pepper and almond, with structure and pungency that reflect careful handling from grove to mill.
Pasika is a family business located in southern Croatia with 250 olive trees of Oblica and Krvavica and a focus on organic extra virgin olive oil. Pasika has been awarded multiple times for quality, taste and excellence, building on local traditions of farming, harvesting and olive making while continuing to prioritize high standards in production.
