Renieris PC wins multiple 2026 NYIOOC awards, led by Gold for Nikos

The Kissamos, Crete producer earned five Gold and two Silver awards for seven Koroneiki extra virgin olive oils of medium intensity.

Kissamos, Greece — Renieris PC has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Nikos brand.

Nikos is a medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil made from Koroneiki olives. Marked by notes of olive leaf, pear and fresh-cut grass, Nikos reflects an approach centered on careful handling and freshness from harvest through bottling.

At the 2026 NYIOOC, Renieris PC earned additional recognition across its portfolio, winning Gold awards for Renieris Estate Chania Kritis PGI, Didis Feinkost, Minos and Tsilos Finest, alongside Silver awards for Sansibar Deluxe and Nikos Bio. All seven award-winning extra virgin olive oils were entered as medium intensity and produced from Koroneiki.

Renieris PC operates as El Renieris & Co, an olive oil producer and bottler in Kissamos on Crete. The 2026 results add to a consistent record at the NYIOOC for Renieris PC. The producer’s overall competition history stands at nine Gold and six Silver awards, including two Silver awards in 2025, one Gold and one Silver in 2024, two Gold awards in 2023 and one Gold and one Silver in 2022.

The multi-award performance also strengthens Renieris PC’s standing in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, where it is ranked #5 in Greece, #39 in the Northern Hemisphere and #40 Worldwide.
