Soho earns Silver at 2026 NYIOOC for Olave Premium

The Chilean extra virgin olive oil, a medium-intensity blend of Frantoio, Arbequina and Coratina, was recognized at the world’s leading quality contest.

Villa Prat, Chile — Soho has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Olave Premium brand.

Olave Premium is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Made from Frantoio, Arbequina and Coratina, Olave Premium is distinguished by artichoke and fresh herbs, with fig leaf aromatics and a measured black pepper finish. The blend reflects a focus on balancing variety character and maintaining a consistent sensory identity for consumers.

Soho sources its olive oil production from Agricola San Juan, a farm near Villa Prat in the Curicó province. Agricola San Juan comprises 320 hectares of semi-intensive planting, focused mainly on Italian varieties, in an area described as fully in production and supported by reliable water sources. With 13 varieties cultivated, Agricola San Juan works with a broad palette of aromas and flavors to shape blends across its different labels according to defined organoleptic profiles.

The 2026 Silver adds to Soho’s track record at the competition. Soho has earned two Silver awards overall at NYIOOC, including a Silver in 2021.

In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Soho is ranked #11 in Chile, #46 in the Southern Hemisphere and #128 Worldwide.
