Testament Winery earns 2026 NYIOOC Gold for Testament Oblica Selekcija

The medium-intensity Croatian extra virgin olive oil, made from Oblica, was recognized among the world’s best at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.

Šibenik, Croatia — Testament Winery has been awarded a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for Testament Oblica Selekcija.

Testament Oblica Selekcija is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity, produced from the Oblica cultivar. The oil is distinguished by a clean, green character, with arugula notes that bring a fresh, savory edge to the profile.

Testament Winery farms 50 hectares of organic vineyard and 25 hectares of organic olive grove near the coastal city of Šibenik. Working exclusively with indigenous varieties, Testament Winery produces wines and extra virgin olive oil and exports to almost 20 countries.

The 2026 Gold adds to Testament Winery’s track record at the competition. Across its NYIOOC history, Testament Winery has earned two Gold Awards and two Silver Awards.

The recognition also strengthens Testament Winery’s standing in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, where Testament Winery is ranked #32 in Croatia, #89 in the Northern Hemisphere and #91 Worldwide.
