California, United States — The Mill At Kings River has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for the Cal Pressed brand.

Cal Pressed is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Made from Arbequina olives, Cal Pressed is distinguished by notes of artichoke and tomato leaf, rounded by ripe olive and fennel aromatics and a finish that recalls walnut.

The Mill At Kings River began operating in 2015 as a full scale producer of quality California extra virgin olive oil with an emphasis on super-high-density varieties. The Mill At Kings River produces, mills, bottles and markets olive oil from its own farms and from selected contract growers.

The NYIOOC Silver places Cal Pressed among the award-winning extra virgin olive oils recognized at the world’s largest olive oil quality contest. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, The Mill At Kings River is ranked #63 in the United States, #124 in the Northern Hemisphere and #127 Worldwide.

The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world's leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
