Hvar, Croatia — TO Zvir has been awarded a Silver and a Gold at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, with Radojković Levantinka earning a Silver and Radojković Oblica earning a Gold.

TO Zvir received the Silver Award for Radojković Levantinka, a medium-intensity monovarietal produced from Levantinka olives. Marked by arugula notes, Radojković Levantinka reflects the island growing conditions that have helped establish Dalmatian extra virgin olive oils as consistent performers on the world stage in recent years.

TO Zvir’s second recognition in 2026 came with a Gold Award for Radojković Oblica, also a medium-intensity monovarietal, produced from Oblica olives. Oblica has become emblematic of Dalmatian olive growing, valued for its resilience in dry conditions that characterize many coastal and island groves.

TO Zvir is a family enterprise rooted in a small village on the island of Hvar, where the family cultivates 450 olive trees. Alongside production, TO Zvir has developed an on-site mill and tasting room, pairing olive farming with a form of tourism centered on the island landscape and the sensory experience of freshly produced extra virgin olive oil. TO Zvir’s oil mill has also received an award recognizing advancements in olive oil production, reflecting a focus on improving processing practices alongside cultivation. More information is available at Rajski Vrt Radojković.

TO Zvir has also been active in Croatia’s broader effort to elevate extra virgin olive oil as a tourism and agricultural asset. The producer has participated in industry events in Dalmatia where growers, researchers and officials have emphasized the importance of quality, regional identity and professionalization as Croatian oils have accumulated awards at the World Competition despite climatic constraints and comparatively small production volumes.

The 2026 results add to TO Zvir’s established track record at the NYIOOC. Across its full competition history, TO Zvir has earned 10 awards, including seven Gold and three Silver. Recent results include two Gold Awards in 2025, one Gold and one Silver in 2024, a Silver in 2023, a Gold in 2022 and two Gold Awards in 2021.

The 2026 awards place TO Zvir among the top-ranked producers in Croatia. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, TO Zvir is ranked #10 in Croatia, #57 in the Northern Hemisphere and #60 Worldwide.
