Santo Antônio do Pinhal, Brazil — Vinicola Essenza has been awarded two Gold Awards and a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, led by a Gold for Mantikir Coratina.
Mantikir Coratina is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity. Distinguished by eucalyptus aromatics and a fresh green character, Mantikir Coratina unfolds with impressions of green almond and leaf, building into a black pepper finish that lingers on the palate.
The results also included a Gold Award for Mantikir Grappolo, a delicate extra virgin olive oil, as well as a Silver Award for Mantikir Summit Premium, also in the delicate category. Together, the three awards underscored the breadth of styles Vinicola Essenza presented in 2026, spanning both delicate and medium intensity profiles.
