Podgorica, Montenegro — Vujadinović has been awarded a Silver at the 2026 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for Vujadinović Blend.
Vujadinović Blend is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity, distinguished by ripe and green-fruit character, with notes that recall pine nuts and bitter almond, and a black-pepper lift on the finish.
Founded as a generations-old family farm, Vujadinović has evolved through successive generations, with each leaving a visible mark on the grove. Centennial trees stand alongside newly planted olive trees, reflecting an approach that pairs tradition with modern cultivation.
Vujadinović grows autochthonous Montenegrin varieties alongside olives originating from Greece, Spain and Italy. The combination of cultivars is central to the profile of Vujadinović Blend, shaping an extra virgin olive oil intended to express authentic characteristics through a broad varietal base.
The 2026 Silver places Vujadinović Blend among the world’s recognized extra virgin olive oils. In the Olive Oil Times World Ranking, Vujadinović is ranked #2 in Montenegro, #125 in the Northern Hemisphere and #129 Worldwide.
The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, widely regarded as the world’s leading olive oil quality contest, is a trusted reference for consumers and industry professionals.
