Zangrilli is an extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity, crafted exclusively from the Itrana cultivar. Distinguished by notes of artichoke and green tomato, the oil is lifted by fresh herbs and a cool eucalyptus edge, creating a balanced profile that remains lively through the finish.
